A Blog about The Happiness Lab

TLDR: I was on the edge of burnout, and one of the things that helped pull me out of that was listening to the "The Happiness Lab" Podcast. I tried to take one idea from each episode and really internalize it. It helped. A lot. Now I'm going back and writing about those insights.  And so I call this the Happiness  Lab  Blog , er, Blab.
